METHOD

    Place the pan over medium heat (without adding any fat). Add the bacon to the center of the pan and cook it for about 5 minutes until it turns golden brown, flipping it once halfway through. Place two slices of cheese on top of the bacon.

    Beat the eggs in a bowl and lightly season with salt and pepper. Pour the beaten eggs around the bacon and cheese in the pan. Cook until the eggs start to set slightly, about 30 to 60 seconds. Gently stir the eggs while cooking to ensure they cook evenly.
